The place is fantastic! I'll definitely come back soon. Due to health issues, I can't have very oily and spicy soup, but I really love ramen. It's difficult to find a healthier version, but the CHICKEN YUZU ramen here was amazing! 🤩 My husband ordered some Dan-Dan noodles with sesame sauce (not sure about the exact name), and it was incredible. The flavors were rich, and the meat melted in the mouth.

*I would like to have an egg(at least half😅) in my soup for the price of 980¥ *it could be a bit more meat in Dan-Dan noodles 1380¥ *Air Conditioner was a bit too cold ( but honestly in most Japanese restaurants it’s like this during the summer😅) Stuff members were super polite...

Gyo-un - This noodle shop is absolutely fantastic!!!

It’s been in this area for about six months now (June 2024)

My favorite is the number 1 special Ramen with slices of beef on top and also the Yuzu chicken Ramen is also excellent as it’s a little bit more delicate flavor and not as much oil/fat with the broth.

You can get three different types of noodles when you order fat noodles, regular noodles and some I think made with a different type of flour. Service is always quick and friendly and they also have an English menu and lots of toppings that you can add on. Definitely check this one out if you are in the...

A lovely ramen spot in Sangubashi where we're staying. We went on a Monday evening around 8pm and it was nice and quiet. Ramen was delicious. All the components were yummy on their own and together. Broth was light but filling.

Speaking of being filling, I apologize to the staff that I could not finish my bowl. I really wanted to. I know it is bad manners...
