Signature Chahan, one of my favorite fried rice restaurants in Tokyo. The sliced pork and bean sprouts is a good side dish that goes with the fried rice if you would like to also try something else.
Only open for select hours during lunch and dinner on weekdays only. No weekends or public holidays.
Restaurant is definitely dirty, there is a layer of oil on the floors and everywhere around the cooking area. Something you need to get your mind over if you decide to eat here.

   Read moreI didn't know it was a Chinese restaurant although the ramen served was different from the other shops. As a Vietnamese I am very used to how Chinese food tastes, so the ramen reassembles somewhat of similarity.
Turned out it was a Chinese restaurant! The noodle was fantastic. I would say it's a harmonic marriage between Japanese and Chinese cuisine. It's like the best of both worlds.
