TBH Food and drinks are perfect and delicious. But everything changed when we checking the bill, what is worse, the attitude of the server and the way they did to us made me such unsatisfied and disappointed. I do not believe a restaurant could last long if operating with dishonesty. My friend and I were confused to witness the small dish(radish salad)they sent to us at the moment we got seated was extra charged for 800 JPY. BUT the server did not notify us about it. Then I asked to a server about the situation, she said it is a custom in Tokyo, all restaurants will charge this. The extreme attitude and impatience made me wordless. I saw the high ratings on Google, so I stopped by to try it out. The shop looked quite clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was so-so, but I felt it didn’t match the price. I ordered the restaurant’s “En Salad,” but what they served was just a plate of vegetables that seemed overmixed, wilted, nothing like the picture, and so salty that even someone like me, who loves vegetables, had to leave the whole plate untouched. It seems the reason they have so many good reviews on Google is because the restaurant offers discounts on set meals to customers who leave positive reviews and post pictures on Google. Yakiniku BBQ beef shop near Nakano Broadway where wide range of anime and manga is available. Self order from online menu and once the meat is prepared the beeper will ring for self collection. Plain water is free. Beef was soft and tender grilled to your liking. Price was really affordable and the beef and pork was delicious good and well marinated. Payment at the counter self service as well. Overall a great place to satisfy your BBQ craving with no frills services. Will be back again.
