コリアンスタイルチング — Restaurant in Toyama

Next to Shiny Mountain (Irish Bar) is CHINGU, a Korean restaurant. First, know that Korean restaurants are not cheap in Japan. If you just want BBQ meat, a yakiniku restaurant may be cheaper. It cost us around ¥5,000 per person. But also bear in mind that this is Korean comfort food, not fine dining. We started with an assortment of kimchi. Unlike Japanese kimchi, it is not as sweet. It was a bit salty and could be more garlicky. I liked SAMGEOPSAL or pork BBQ. That was pretty satisfying. We got 2 orders, but in hindsight, if you get this, get like 2 orders per person or something like that. It's only ¥850 per order. We the steamed egg came. That was really good. Not as soft and silky as some that I have had before, but the taste was good. Next came the HORMONE STEW. 桜町周辺で「手頃にランチを」と思っても、実はスポット的にお店の少ない空白エリア。正直あまり期待せずに入ったのですが――出てきた料理を口にしてびっくり。

注文したのは味噌ホルモン丼。これがなんと1,000円。しっかりとコクのある味噌ダレが絡み、ホルモンは柔らかいのに噛み締めるたび甘みが広がって、気づけば夢中で箸を進めていました。

気がつけば店内は近隣のサラリーマンでぎゅうぎゅうに。あっという間に満席になるのも納得です。

駅から近いトコにありますね。 何気に駅近では韓国料理はここだけなのかな… 居酒屋を居抜きなのか、雰囲気はありませんが、料理はしっかりしてます。 全体的にボリュームがあるので、注文しすぎると確実に残りますね笑
