Had ten don, tempura white shrimp prawns set and Himi Noodles. Tempura is fried to perfection, not greasy, with ingredients so fresh and sweet! The white shrimp are a specialty product of Toyama Prefecture. Toyama Bay is the only place in the world to catch white shrimp in large quantities.
