Loved grabbing a refreshing Kinosaki vinegar after a plunge in the hot onsens ♡ It is sometimes a little bit difficult to catch the person working there because they’re going around the town for a bit. But definitely worth it if you need to wait a little! They have a big collection of different vinegar flavours, and if you are unsure what to get, they are happy to let you sample a few of the ones you’re thinking of! The best combinations for me where the lemon lychee + soda and the yuzu ginger + soda ♡ Happy sipping 🍋✨

Staff was friendly, they had an English menu for drinks, and free samples of watered-down vinegar to taste. All really surprisingly delicious! I had their rose hip and apple vinegar ice cream and sampled some wonderful muscat grape vinegar too. There are some stools inside for seating, and plenty of places to sit outside nearby.
