上田市袋町内の迷路に佇むお店です。でもデジャブではなく(とんがらし)という韓国のママが一人で経営するカウンター6～7席程の焼き鳥です！ まず初めにカウンターに着くなり締めのご飯と味噌汁(笑)を注文するも取り扱いなく串とお茶を注文、真田串、ナンコツ、豚バラ、鳥ねぎまを次々と注文し人生初追いダレ焼き鳥を堪能、どれも普通に合格点！ママとの会話が楽しく時間を忘れてしまいました！ リピートしたいお店ですが、まだまだ袋町探索したいので再訪問には時間が必要です。 ママさん待っててください！
