S.S. Columbia Dining Room — Restaurant in Urayasu

If u would like a wonderful memory at DisneySea pls AVOID this restaurant!!!! Visited here 4yrs ago before COVID & waited 1hr outside of the restaurant then had to wait more inside the restaurant which was ridiculous! Had to leave in the end, staff couldn’t speak English at all even tho restaurant had English Menu. Came back after COVID and wanted to try it again as felt like it’s a missing piece from Disney trip. It was the biggest mistake. Would tell all my family, friends including whoever reading this msg now not to waste ur money/time in here. One particular female staff was sooooo passive aggressive as soon as we approached the restaurant door (not even walked in yet). She used her finger to tell us to go wait outside not to step inside at all. Obviously she was surprised after we informed her that we had reservation & gave her the booking name but she didn’t get it & kept flipping around her booking list. We had to repeat name few times & spelt it for her then she finally got it. The worst part was she ignored us when we left restaurant after we finished dinner. Her only job was to stand there to greet customers and she couldn’t even do that job properly! Paid ~$18,000 yen for 2pp dinner set. The fish was dry and didn’t taste fresh! Not even sure where did they get supply of Wagyu beef! The dessert was disgusting… tasted like some candies left on top of jelly…then candies became soggy. We couldn’t finish it! The dessert from 7-11, Family mart & Lawson have higher standard than this place!!! Don’t even know how does this restaurant still operate in...

Unfortunately my wife and I did not feel welcome at all in late afternoon of May 9th, hence have left soon after we were given our seats due to the worst service we have faced in a very long time. The gentleman who saw us at the door was extremely rude and filled our entry with an abundance of rules, as we were children. E.g stopped us from using their hand sanitizer until we were ready to enter, asked us to stand off to the side in an unfriendly tone, did not try to help us upon realizing that we would not be able to read their Japanese menus, not accommodating our request to sit side by side as a couple, insisted without friendliness that our backpack should be on the chair.. We received no smiles throughout all of this and is the reason we needed to leave. I hope the service will improve as I have no doubt the food...

I must say that this is a must go to place in Tokyo Disneysea if you have the luxury of time.

I certainly enjoyed my meal here with my family and it offered us a good 2-hour break from the walks, queue, rides etc in a superbly comfortable environment.
