Seafood BBQ "Mekiki-no-Ginji" MONA Shin-Urayasu — Restaurant in Urayasu

It's the first eatery we visit in our Japan trip, as it is very near to the hotel at which we put up. The service is good, despite the language barrier. I'm a vegetarian and they customised the miso soup noodle for me. My family members were happy with the tempura squid and sashimi though they were not the best. Overall a good place to eat if you stay at the hotels nearby....

ランチで利用。ちょっとこの店はひどいなと感じました。 まず、店の出入り口のところにレジがあるが、そこで責任者らしき人が他の従業員に対し「ふざけるな、ちゃんとやれ」というようなことを言っていました。客に見える・聞こえる場所でそのようなことをするのはナンセンスです。ここの会社の体質というものが垣間見えたように思えました。 次に料理についてですが、提供時間が15分以上はかかっていたように感じました。海鮮丼でそこまで時間がかかる意味が分かりません。 また、海鮮丼にのっていたサーモンですが、２枚ほどに小さい骨のような固いものがついていました。提供時間が長くかかっているにもかかわらず、料理自体の品質管理も悪いとなると、もう何も言えません。 なぜこの店はここまでひどいのか。それは、間違いなくこの店の責任者の力量が不足しているからでしょう。責任者の方は、もっとリーダーシップを発揮して店の運営をしたほうが良いと思います。 ちなみにですが、この店の隣にある「そじ坊」ですが、「料理おいしい」「接客よし」「提供スピード早い」です。私はよくランチタイムで利用します。責任者の方は「そじ坊」に行ってみて、自店と比較して...
