We recently moved to the Tochigi area about three months ago, and during my daily commute, I noticed this place and was immediately drawn to its warm, inviting atmosphere. I had been wanting to try it ever since, and today we finally had the chance to visit while celebrating my wife's birthday.
We made a reservation in advance, so everything went smoothly upon arrival. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, which we truly appreciated—especially since my wife doesn't eat meat. They carefully guided us through each component of the dishes, even after the food was served, to ensure she was comfortable with everything.
We also asked to shift our seating due to the lighting, and they were very flexible and quick to accommodate our request, which we really appreciated.
I had requested a special birthday cake dish in advance, and they prepared it beautifully. It was nicely presented, clean, and added a lovely personal touch to our celebration.
When we asked about their restaurant chain, they were more than happy to share details and chat with us, making the experience even more personal. The service was excellent, and the dishes we tried were of a high standard—we were very satisfied with everything.
A special thanks to Taio-san, whose service stood out and made our visit even more memorable. Keep up the great work!
We will definitely try again and we will try other branches of them as well. We highly recommend this place if you're looking to spend some quality time in a cozy, welcoming environment with top-notch service and delicious food for...
Read moreActually I didn’t impressed that much for this restaurant (this is only my opinion)
As the other reviews,we needed to wait for a while until staff called us. But what I was not impressed was , there were available seats inside but why we need to wait. But well okay I understand they were busy. Next after we went inside, I think all staffs were very politely but when she explained the menu for us I really did not get it what she tried to recommend since she pointed every menu. Not only that when I call staff to order, they got me but did not come… okay they were busy(but they can talk together hmmm) not impressed really for a service even if all staffs are very polite(but you know I felt like not from inside.. it’s only my opinion well)
For food everything is okay Beef 100% for hamburger and bread which baked before serving. Price is quite reasonable but I did not really impress so one time for me is enough:)
If you like 100% beef and bread which baked, this restaurant might be one...
Read moreAbsolutely stunning! While it may look more like a bar, make no mistake - it’s fine dinning at its peak, so be respectful and behave yourself. I walked in cause like most westerners, I wanted a taste of home - I wanted a burger, but quickly found myself pouring over the menu. From skewers to tapas to cheese boards, it is an incredible mix of French meets Americano cuisine. I started my meal with the lemon craft sour drink(it’s more sweet than sour), ordered the lamb skewer as an appetizer and the Guacamole Burger as an entree, and finished off my meal with a Moscow mule and a slice of the cheesecake. The lamb was wonderfully tender, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a burger that tasted that good. The drinks were an excellent balance of flavor and alcohol, and the cheesecake(which comes with powdered sugar, cream, strawberries and a bit of cracked black pepper on the...
