At this calm and stylish specialty coffee shop located near Utsunomiya Station, I tried their coffee along with a beautiful slice of strawberry shortcake. Their coffee, made from beans from Carmo de Minas in Brazil, had a smooth and clean profile with amazing bitterness and a nutty undertone. It was dark roasted, offering a deep flavor that paired wonderfully with the sweetness of the cake.
