Unfortunately, our experience here wasn’t great. We came in as foreigners, and the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so it was surprising that we were treated so indifferently. For example, I wasn’t offered a bag holder, even though other seats had them.

First off, the management needs to explain to the staff that Pronto means quick. The restaurant was only about 20% occupied so why's it take 40 minutes to get a plate of spaghetti? Food quality was meh? Better to go next door to 7-11 and get their microwave spaghetti. Faster, cheaper and taste...

宇都宮テラスの飲食店には華やかな店が幾つかかある。宇都宮駅に隣接しているので、駅利用の際にも利便性がとても良い。今回は新幹線の待ち時間に立ち寄り飲食する機会を得た。ランチメニューはパスタ中心に6品程。他に美味しそうなスィーツ類等がある。注文したのは"とろ〜りモッツァレラのトマトソース生パスタ"と"アイスコーヒー"。先ずお会計を済まし席で待つことになる。着膳までは5分程。生パスタは麺がモッチモチで食感がとても良い。濃厚なチーズとトマトソースも美味しく、これらが麺に絡み合う絶品パスタ！〆のアイスコーヒーで旅立つ構えが整った次第である。店内は明るくとても綺麗だし、駅構内の飲食店と比べても静粛で雰囲気がとても良い。大手グループ店故システムがしっかりしており、所定の時間内で望みの飲食ができるのは有難い。パスタがとても美味しいので、駅...
