薪焼きOKIBI — Restaurant in Wakayama

On our way back to the hotel in the evening, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try since it was still open. Although the food took a little longer to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. The staff even acknowledged the delay by offering a complimentary soup during the wait. Every dish we ordered was delicious, especially the roasted vegetables, cabbage, shitake with cream, and beef hamburger. The service was warm, with just the right amount of small talk, never intrusive, and they thoughtfully provided a blanket to keep my pregnant wife’s belly warm, which I really appreciated. The only minor drawback was that the Staub dish was a bit salty...

1人での出張中、GoogleMAPで事前に下調べし予約して伺いました。 雰囲気よく、対応も良かったです。 予定があったため、コースではなくアラカルトでお願いしました。

【Drink】 白ワイン（名前忘れましたが、チリのソービニヨンブラン） 赤ワイン（カーニヴォ）

17時半と早めに伺ったので、落ち着いて食事ができました。 提供スピードも、薪焼きでゆっくり火入れするため、少し時間はかかりますがそこまで長くはないかと思います。 帰り際には名刺も渡して頂き、店外まで見送っていただき、素晴らしい接客でした。 また、和歌山に伺う際は利用させていただきます。
