The daily menu varies depending on the day's circumstances. Mr. Murahata, the owner, is very patient, professional, and sociable. We made an advanced reservation for local specialty dishes from Kishu. Although we don't speak Japanese, he used a translator to explain the origin of each dish in English. Almost all the ingredients were freshly sourced that day, offering delicate textures and wonderful flavors. For English speaking travellers, the menu is in Japanese as it is printed daily. But the servers & chefs make a huge effort to communicate with you via a translator app.
