Who knew Yamagata had the most consumption of ramen per household!

Stumbled upon this ramen shop for lunch. We wanted to try beef yakuniku initially, but somehow shops that are available close at 1.30pm, That's quite early for lunch.

Anyway, that somehow gives us the opportunity to give this shop a go.

The exterior and interior don't look like a typical ramen shop. It has separate dining rooms, and you'd need to take off your shoes upon entry.

We managed to order via a tablet. There is no English menu, but we have translator apps anyway.

We got the dried sardine ramen, shio ramen, and mala miso ramen. Serving time takes about 10 mins.

The dried sardine ramen broth is pretty decent, I always like fish-based broth, and they have done it quite nicely, balanced flavour, not too oily or salty.

Shio Ramen was pretty ok, too. It's chicken broth, and somehow, it tasted quite healthy.

As for the mala miso ramen, it looks quite red, but not that all spicy, just enough to give it a unique taste.

We all ordered thick noodles, which are all so good, I myself preferred thicker noodles because it takes longer to get soggy.

The shop waitress is also very attentive and friendly. We even interacted with her kid of a little when we left.

Overall, it was a nice place to have lunch.

再度訪問です。 メニーが豊富なので選ぶのに迷います。 今日も季節限定を選択。提供はとってもスムーズです。 九条ネギたっぷりのラーメンは、背脂醤油のコッテリとした味わいにネギの爽やかさ、中太麺の食べ応えと、とっても美味でした。普通の量でも従分にお腹が満たされる量だと思います。夜は居酒屋になりますが、お昼もおススメです。

初めて利用しました。

伺ったのはお昼の部。

ゴールデンウィークあたりから昼間はラーメンを提供し始めたと伺っていましたが、感想を聞くとなかなかの評判良のようで、自身でも体感するため訪問です。

ラーメンのメニューは醤油、塩、節、味噌と豊富。さらに季節限定商品もあるようでバリエーション豊か。

今回はその中から季節限定の油そばを注文。麺の量は普通、大盛り、特盛から同じ値段で選択可能。

麺は太麺でしっかり歯応え、味付けも好みです。チャーシューはほろほろと柔らかで、辛味、お酢をかけながら味変しつつあっさりと完食。大変美味しいと思います。
