Cafe — Restaurant in Yamaguchi

The menu is somewhat limited (see below), the prices are not cheap bearing in mind the small portion sizes, the services is not that quick, but very polite, but the view from the top (15th floor) of the prefectural hall is spectacular. Most of the tables are a little low to enjoy the view to the fullest but there are two chairs that allow visitors to look right down on the whole city. Three other (four chair) tables also provide excellent views. There were no other customers on the day that we went. There is a cabinet containing plastic food at the entrance to enable ordering by pointing but I am sure the staff speak English. I spoke to them in Japanese.
