Copious Chinese Food with a View Views are rare from Japanese restaurants. This Taiwanese Chinese restaurant has a view over the local kindergarten and primary school. The helpings are large, there is a very large selection of food (see menu that I am about to upload), the plates are large, and there is an all you can eat and drink menu (all in for 90 minutes for 3500 yen). There are lunch menus. Beer and nibbles menus, and ramen plus extra menus, as well as ice cake desserts. The lady in charge had that typical Chinese angry proprietor look until we said "That is a lot" when she looked pleased. I guess she takes pride in feeding her guests well. I enjoyed our take away meal but it was a bit alien to my Japanese children. We are hoping that we will be able to entice them with the ramen (which can't be taken home) and cakes. I would like to go with my colleagues from work for the proximity to my home, the variety and the view.
