One of the coolest taprooms I have experienced! Opening soon, CinCin Brewery is worth a visit just for the ambience and vintage industrial lighting. We stopped by here and while the bar was not technically open yet, the owner was having some friends over for taste testing. He graciously allowed us to join them, and we had a fantastic time. We are never a big fan of craft beer until we come across Cin Cin. Their beers are clean to the palette and you’ll never think you are actually drinking alcohol, until you start to chat and laugh with other patrons and have a lot of good time in this cool spot.

チンチンブルワリー（CIN CIN Brewery）は、山梨県山中湖村の山中湖西岸から徒歩圏にあるビール専門店・醸造場です。富士山に一番近いビール醸造場で、富士山の水で仕込んだ10種類以上の様々なクラフトビールを楽しむことができます。

愛犬同伴可能な条件としては、店内同伴可能です。ただし人気店であるために、立ち飲みやカウンター席になる可能性もあります。ですので、来店前にあらかじめお電話等にて確認してから伺うのが妥当です。店内は上記席の他に、ソファ席・椅子席等もありますので、愛犬をコントロールしやすいお席の確保をお願いしておくのが良いかと思います。なお今回は日中のドッグダンス出陳の疲労を鑑みて、ちびわんたちは車中泊予定の車の中で待機としてもらいました。

今回注文したのは、ビールお試し3種（100ccを3種類、1200円〜1400円）×3セットと、ポテトサラダ（800円）・ピクルス（600円）・フィッシュ＆チップス（1500円）を注文しました。なおその日提供していたビールは全部で10種類であったため、その大部分を味わうことができました。頂いたビールは、ゴールデンピルスナー（すっきり飲みやすい）、コンプセッションIPA （湿気高い日に飲みたくなる味わい）、フルーティペールエール（名前の通りフルーティで香り高い）、ディープフォレスト（芳醇でコクのある味わい）、ブラウンエール（薫ってしっかり濃ゆい）、コーヒースタウト（どっしりとしたコーヒーの味わい）、Take it hazy（グレープフルーツの果実の香りと、ちょっぴりの皮の味わいが染みる、Hop magnum、Yamanakako...
