If we could give zero stars, we would, but unfortunately, Google requires a minimum of one. We arrived at the restaurant during regular business hours and placed our orders promptly. However, we waited for an entire hour without any communication from the staff. Only after we rang the service bell did a waitress come over to inform us that they were out of rice for our orders, forcing us to choose alternatives. After we made new selections, the same waitress returned yet again to inform us that they also lacked the ingredients for our revised choices. At this point, we had waited over an hour in hunger, only to leave without receiving our meals.
On top of everything, we were still charged for drinks and small appetizers.
If they were out of essential ingredients for so many menu items, they should have informed us upfront or at least shortly after we placed our orders, rather than leaving us waiting indefinitely.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. It left us feeling deeply disappointed.
Don't be fooled by the positive reviews! According to the appendix of the menu, the restaurant appears to incentivize positive reviews by offering a free drink. This practice raises questions about the authenticity of the feedback...

The english menu is misleading, it claims the bowl is including tuna and salmon with another 2 local fish types. However when it comes to us, there are only 2 types of SHXT fishy. This is the most stinky sashimi i have ever seen lol.
Overpriced food with lowest quality. They can only use free drinks to trade peoples 5stars comment lol. 😮💨 Hope this scammer store can close asap, stop ruining Japanese culture please. Ordering in this store makes me feels like i'm in casino😂,u will never know what u can get😂😂😂. Disappointment is...

4000 yen for a small donburi with unfresh seafood. The sashimi was paper-thin. They present tourists with a special menu with inflated prices, and if you attempt to order a cheaper item from the regular menu, they'll claim it's "sold out”.
No water or hot tea was served (which is standard in most Japanese restaurants). When we asked for tea, they charged us 300 yen per person without informing us beforehand.
Their good reviews are extremely questionable. They definitely get away with it because most people visiting...
