One of the best Yakiniku restaurants I've been to with great food selection, ambiance, and quick, friendly service.
Normally I don't like to cook my own food over an open flame grill and pay for it, but I came here with family and friends for dinner on a Saturday at 5pm. Note: Either make a reservation or go in to pull a ticket and return at a later time - we waited for two hours after being told it's a 70 minute wait. Also, you'll place your footwear in a locker at the entrance, so bring socks if you don't like being barefoot.
We ordered food for an hour, trying a lot of different selections of meat, seafood, desserts and drinks (non-alcoholic). Everything is brought to your table. The only self-service is cooking your food. You'll get a last call reminder on the menu tablet when 10 minutes remain for orders. You'll have another hour to enjoy conversation while eating the rest of your meal before a waiter/waitress politely returns to let you know your time is up.
Price depends on the overall menu selection chosen. We took the one priced at $29. Kids 5 and under are free and 6-12 are discounted.
This restaurant was worth waiting for. I definitely plan on...
Read moreI'm a muslim and went there with my family because I knew there are meat from America and Australia which are ok for us .. We met two women from the staff , the one who speaks english was really so friendly and helped us a lot . We appreciated that because we felt the other one was not friendly enough ! After many questions , we succeeded to know which meal/meat from America with the help of this friendly one . We also grilled shrimp and green peppers and my kids were happy . Only one more thing , you can upgrade your menu and write beside the dish if this American or Australian meat or the original country in general , it will help muslims without asking a lot of questions, and by sequence this will make...
Read moreYou have to take off your shoes prior to entry then temperature check. A little crowded for 3pm on a Saturday. Needs better exhaust system as the place is a little smoky than other yakiniku kings. Food is great as expected, too bad some items in the menu are sold out. Men's restroom needs a little cleanup and slip on shoes by the urinal is a little unsanitary. Family did enjoy the coziness, food and atmosphere regardless of the little things mentioned above. Will definitely come back when...
