As a foreigner with close to no ability to speak Japanese, I had no troubles eating here. Visited at 11PM last night, the service staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon realising I can't speak Japanese. Bro went out of his way to pay extra attention to my needs even though the shop was relatively busy. Everyone else had to shout to get his attention, I only had to lift my head up and give him a look. His attentiveness definitely left a deep impression on me, shocking even. No comments on the ramen, don't think I'm knowledgeable enough to be making any judgements, however, the noodle refill seemed to be on the hard side even though I ordered...

This place offers a very heads on Meal service for a great price. You can order your meal on the machine then give the ticket to the staff that is cooking it behind the counter. My side dishes of white rice and warm vegetables were ready within three minutes.

On the desk were I was seated were soy sauce and other spicy additives available.

The next day I went again with my Mom we had a ramen with vegetables and spicy cod rice with vegetables. Again very affordable and they offer a free portion of rice or ramen when you order ramen!

日曜日の13時過ぎの訪問。店前に高校生3人組が待ってたが、テーブル席はいっぱいだったし時間もかかりそうだったので入店して”1人ですけどいいですか？”と聞いてみたら、厨房で調理してた人が周りの店員に待ちの3人組がテーブル席希望とのことを確認後"食券を買って好きなカウンターにお座りください"と案内してくれました。

食券買って座って待っててもいっこうに食券を回収しません。程なくしてテーブル席があいたのでそちらを片付けて待ってた3人を案内。まあ、3人組が先に並んでたし、タイミングが微妙だったので、先にそちらを優先してその後に来てくれるかと思ったがぜんぜん来る気配なし。別のテーブルが空いたのでをそちらをせっせと片付け初める始末。食券持ってすいませんと声がけするも完無視。聞こえなかったのかな？で、次のグループ案内して食券回収。あれれ？さらに後から来た1人客を案内して食券回収と、、、

店員3人いて気づかないなら終わってるし、わざとなら相当悪質である。確かに先に並ばずに入店したのは少々焦ってしまった感があるが、入店を許可した以上きちんと対応すべきである。

買った食券は食券の意味をなさなきのでちぎってテーブルの上に置いて帰りました。とても食べる気は失せてたので。金をドブに捨てるとはまさにこのこと。ちなみに退店時にはいっさいの声がけもなし。気づいてたの？

信頼を勝ち取るのは大変でも失うのは一瞬ですね。

以下は約1年前の感想。⭐︎4でした。 平日のランチタイムに訪問。行列にはなってませんでしたが店内は混雑しており、次々とお客さんが入ってきます。回転が良いのでスムーズです。店内、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。

釜焚きとんこつラーメンを麺固めで注文。スープは博多ラーメンでは最高クラスに濃厚です。粘度もかなり高めです。麺は普通の博多ラーメン用の細麺です。トッピングは海苔、チャーシュー、青ネギです。味変アイテムとしては辛子高菜、紅生姜、ニンニク、すりごま、フライドガーリックです。ラーメン用のタレも置いてありますが、最初からかなり濃厚なので必要ないかと。

無料でライスが替え玉が付いているので替え玉をバリカタで注文しました。バリカタにすると小麦の風味を堪能することができます。

全体的に清潔感があり、味もまあまあ良いです。接客もすごく丁寧で気持ちいいです。博多や長浜で食べる本場のラーメンとは少し違いますが...
