市場食堂 鮪屋鯛蔵 — Restaurant in Yokohama

After searching for a while around the station for a place to get lunch, we finally found this place on Google Maps and decided to check it out. When we arrived, I wanted to leave almost immediately. The place smelled a bit like fish and wasn’t the most gorgeous restaurant I’ve ever been to. But I’m so happy we decided to stay and give it a chance.

Not on purpose, but we opted for, I think, the cheapest items on the menu, and even they were satisfying and delicious. Just look at this maguro bowl and the sashimi set. The side dishes were also surprisingly good. I even enjoyed the miso soup, which I never usually eat/drink.

The person who runs this place was very kind and genuinely cared about giving us (and other customers) the best service and food. It was so sweet of him.

In short, I recommend this...

気になったので行ってきました。とても満足したのでまた行きたいですが、良い点・悪い点が分かれると思うので参考になれば幸いです。

〇食べたもの 大トロ丼（ネタ増）

〇良かったところ ・量、味ともに素晴らしい大トロ丼で大満足でした。スジがちょっと多い部分もありましたが全く問題なし。噛めば噛むほど旨味が口の中で広がりました。 ・ニンニクの利いているマグロのなめろうがとても美味しかったです。今回はランチでしたが、今度は夜に酒を飲みながら食べたいですね。 ・質問すると今日のおすすめやマグロのことなど丁寧に教えていただいたり、なめろうにニンニク入れるかの確認があるなど、ただ食事を提供するだけの店とは違った気配りを感じました。

〇（人によっては）悪くなりそうなところ ・店主さんの体調次第で店が休みになる日もあるようです。最近は休んでいることも多かったらしく、今回行けたのはラッキーでした。駅から微妙な距離がある＋駐車場がないのもあり、歩いて行ったけど休店・・・となったら悲しいですね。。電話で要確認ですね。 ・個人経営なのでチェーン店等と同じような対応を求めるのは難しいと思います。現在テイクアウト可能か確認し忘れましたが、色々と求める方はテイクアウトを検...
