麺場 絆 1048 — Restaurant in Yokohama

Today is the last day of my visit to Japan and I had put off ramen because it's been so hot and humid. I did a lot of research on ramen joints in Totsuka and settled on this. I ordered the more basic ramen that came with a nice portion of pork, noodles, spring onions, and very rich and tasty broth. It was not spicy, although I could have added some spicy. I did add one ramen egg and a beer. It was REALLY great. I've attached a photo of the ordering station for reference. To order, add cash (cash only) to the machine and make your selections. The machine will provide tickets and change (if applicable) when you're finished ordering. The gentleman cooking (I presume the owner) vry kindly asked how I prefer my ramen eggs. All in all, it was a delicious and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I visited this restaurant one year ago now, I was trying to find the location of it, and I found it thanks to a photo which has the location on. The ramen is AWESOME, we went there twice, and the woman ovner recogniced us the second time. We could talk a little bit with his husband, who speaks English. Helloooo, we are the couple from Spain :D :D. When I will go back to Japan, for sure I will have lunch there....

【来店曜日】木曜日 【来店時間】11時00分 【混み具合】仕事が終わって、このお店の前を通った時、 10時55分……並んでしまいました(ﾉ∀`)ﾀﾊｰ なお、並んでたのは僕だけですが、 僕の後に5～6名くらい続けて入って来られました♪ 人気店ですね♡

【 味 】★★★★★ 美味い♡

インパクト的には、 ガツーン！と脳内麻薬が出る程ではないですが、 比較的マイルドで飲みやすく、 豚の臭みも控え目に感じましたので、 豚骨ラーメン好きのライト勢も 親しみ易い味かと♡♡

チャーシューが2枚入ってるの嬉しい♡ 思ったより厚めにカットされてて、 当然ご飯ともラーメンとも合いまくる♡♡

麺は硬め発注でちょうどええ硬さでした♪ バリカタや粉落としも、チャンスがあれば頼みたいですねえ♡ 粉落としも好きなんですよねえ♡♡ てか「やわめ 68秒」とゆう、65秒でも70秒でもない 絶妙なタイミングがあるんだろうなと なんか、ふふってなりました( ᵒ̴̷͈ᗨᵒ̴̶̷͈ )

付け合せに置いてある、 紅しょうが、高菜あたりも試しました♪ 高菜の辛い方はほんと辛かったw

なお、確かに提供までは10分くらいかかりました♪w でも気持ちの良い接客ですし、予習済でしたので全然気にならなかったです♪
