We were looking for a place that was open early enough to have a meal and drink before a concert at K-Arena and Aging Beef seemed ideal! From 3-5, the lunch & dinner menu are not available, however dessert cakes and happy hour are! Since we arrived before 5pm, we enjoyed the happy hour beverages (wine and highball - beer is also an option) & then put in our dinner order precisely at 5pm. The food was excellent! The fries were seasoned perfectly! I also really liked the mashed potatoes - so creamy and buttery. The onion soup was also delicious. My dining companions split a sirloin which they said was delicious. The steak was 200 grams, so note the price vs grams. We all ordered plenty of drinks and food - so there was no complaint in sharing the steak.

Service was excellent. House/happy-hour wine was great. Prices were fair.

Aging-Beef is in a very convenient location for so many things in Yokohama. I especially liked their “open all day hours.” Recommend! I need to try more of the dishes...

今日はちょっとした食事の選択ミスをお話ししようと思います（笑）。でも、この体験から「やっぱり、次はあれにすべきだった！」という感覚を、皆さんにもシェアしたいと思います。

まず、私が注文したのは「ジェノベーゼソースのパスタ」。普段なら間違いないチョイスなんですけど、今日ばかりは違いました…。

隣の友達が選んだ「サラダランチ」が圧倒的にボリューミーで美味しそうだったんです。

そのサラダは、静岡産のROMANAレタスを使ったシーザーサラダ。シンプルに見えて、実際はかなり豪華。塾成のビーフと、大きめにカットされたペコリーノチーズが乗っていて、それをナイフとフォークでいただくスタイル。これ、女性にはたまらないメニューですよね。

正直、「かっこつけずに自分もこれにすれば良かった！」と、ちょっと後悔するくらいでした（笑）。

そしてデザートに出てきたのは、最初に目に留まった「アップルパイ」。これもまた、見た目通りの美味しさ。温かいリンゴの香りが口の中に広がって、もう至福のひとときでした。

最後に頼んだのが、THE三本ブレンドというコーヒー。これが、驚くほど美味しくて…。コーヒー通の友人も「これ、うなるレベルだね」と言うくらい、深い味わいがありました。

結局、今日は「サラダにすれば良かった」と思いつつも、食事全体は大満足な一日になりました。

やっぱり、食事の楽しみはシンプルな選択以上に、友達と過ごす時間や、美味しい料理...
