They have a good sound system and good seating. The crowd control in this place is terrible. There are no exit signs. After the concert there were a few people standing around not giving any directions. People would just wandering around looking for the exit. Once we left the stadium they had barriers sit up so you could only proceed in a certain direction. We were now outside the stadium grounds and they still had the barrier set up. So someone going to a place other than the station had to walk very far out of the way to get to the point where you were outside the barriers. They had t-shirts for sale. The T-shirts were sold out a couple of hours before the long line got to the t-shirt counter. Many people waited more than 2 hours in line only to find out the T-shirts had been sold...

First time visiting this place for a Green Day concert. I got a last minute lottery in level 7 way up above. It's a new building, they have a designated smoking room, a hand-washing station near the garbage bin, toilet, etc. The sound was great and clear after Nippon Budokan, maybe because it is designed for a concert? These were excellent. What bothers me was the exit flow.. narrow stairs all the way, and it got stucked very long because they keep giving the brochure in the exit gate! So annoying, in this digital era, such a paper waste. The flowing to spread the post concert crowd into several available stations helped a lot. I like the Nippon Budokan and Tokyo Garden theatre...

Probably one of the best sounding arenas in the Tokyo/Yokohama region. It is very new and it is set up very nicely. Been there a few times now and it's my favorite large concert venue in the area. The only complaint is that the rows of seats are very close together so if I sit down, my knees are just about touching the seat in front of me, but I think they did that to make it as vertical as safely possible. Even from the upper decks, you still have a pretty good view of the stage. But it really sucks if you have to go to the bathroom or get drinks, people have to stand up completely to...

Went to see a music concert that was a great show, but the arena itself was really poor in organisation, which for Japan I was shocked. There was no guidance on the door to enter for people with purchased tickets and then after the show the exit direction again was not guided and was only provided by two small side doors, for 20,000 people! It is definitely a hazard if there is an emergency, as it was a complete bottle neck effect. I would not visit this arena again as there is a huge safety risk. The location is very convenient for Shin-Takashima station and the seats are comfortable.

My First Ever overseas Japanese Concert with King Super Live is held in K-Arena. Layout is a bit confusing. But after walking around studying the venue, it's very unique to me compared to Western Indoor Concert Venues. My first time in a Japanese Concert compared to Anime Expo and Fanime is way beyond a Western Anime fans Dream. And I am glad a learned alot from Japanese Seiyuu visiting the USA so I can carry and adapt to the Otaku and Japanese Concert Culture. I hope to God, I can come back to Japan another future year. I only live once to enjoy this memory that will last a lifetime.

The arena, and the surrounding area, are not prepared to handle large crowds The seat on the 100 level are not very good, it's very hard to see the stage as there's a small incline and everyone's heads are in the way. I strongly recommend to not purchase 100 level tickets at this arena The food shops run out of food very quickly, so eat before going After the event, you get corralled around the whole venue until they let you go. It turns a 15 minutes walk to the station into about a 45-60 minutes walk. It's entirely unreasonable and is dangerous in the event of a crush
