Was superb... I liked the ambience wisely structured and the BGM very much classical pure Indian. Coming to Japan it's my 1st time I suppose having South Indian Food. Was delicious , pay worthy. Chef was friendly including all other members working there. A handsome boy seems very smart enough to notice not much Nepalese or Indian people don't like water with ice cube. He reminded me asking " do you prefer ice-water?" I'll definitely recommend to Indian food lovers to visit at least once. 【南インド料理店 ボーディセナ】 南インドカレーを楽しむために、地元の素敵なレストランに行ってきました。メニューには様々な選択肢がありましたが、私は日替りカレーと特製チキンカレーをオーダーしました。

まず最初に日替りカレーをいただきましたが、その日のシェフ特製のカレーは、スパイスのバランスが絶妙で、食べるたびに新しい味わいが広がります。

次に特製チキンカレーが登場。柔らかくジューシーなチキンが、濃厚なカレーソースと相性抜群でした。

さらに、小海老のスパイス炒めのジンガポリヤルと、野菜のスパイス炒めのポリヤルも頼んでみました。どちらもスパイスの効いた味付けが絶妙で、南インドの風味を存分に楽しめました。

付け合わせのラッサムとサンバルは、食事をさらに深い味わいに導いてくれました。特にライタとパパドは、軽やかな口当たりでカレーとの相性抜群でした。

全体的に、料理の質とサービスの良さに満足しました。南インドカレーの本格的な味わいを求めるなら、このレストランがおすすめです。また訪れたいと思います。

The accompanying rasam and sambar added to the flavor of the meal. The raita and papad in particular had a light texture that went perfectly with the curry.

Lunch is 2000 yen after tax, so it is borderline on Google's price system.

It's not an experience kind of place, the whole building, correlations, service and food just leave no lasting impression.

The food ranges from fine to not great. Its never awful, never going to wow you.

It took about 30 mins to get food, just busy I think.

Just left thinking it was a waste of money. There's actual Indian restaurants around here, it's not like you have to go far for good...
