I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options nearby. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout my visit. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit different tastes. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and lounge area, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I particularly appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink and personalized service. The combination of a prime location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect balance of convenience...

The room was clean and located on the top floor; it was humid and hot upon entering. There were not many free things usually provided at the other hotels I've been to, and overall decent experience for the price.
It has a complimentary buffet breakfast that you can go to during the time of your choosing. It was pretty busy, so be prepared for line and almost empty food choices. There weren't many channels to choose from, especially for foreigners, so it was a bummer, but they had VOD if you were willing to pay.
Near the area were many restaurants and about 15 - 20 minutes walk to Chinatown. Lots of Lawson, so the convenience store is not an issue. There was no hotel parking available, but I could utilize Bashimachi station 24 hr parking which only cost me 1300.
I would use it again if it were the only available hotel...

Actually the room is just fine. The step up to get into the bathroom is just plain dangerous if you have difficulty walking as I do. I have to walk with a cane so everything seems to be a challenge. Our biggest issue during the check in process is that we're two guys travelling together. We're partners and have been for 32 years. I wrote to Choice Hotels about the previous situation and was told each hotel does their own thing and gave me a few extra points to shut me up. Sorry, but that doesnt work with us. In 2025 I just want to be addressed as a couple, a two male couple. Am I asking...
