The prices this location is charging through Uber eats are OUTRAGEOUS.

For example, the バーベキューバーガー when ordered in the shop is 1,890 and comes with fries. When purchased through Uber (before Uber fees) this same item is 1,900 yen and DOES NOT come with fries. They are charging an additional markup and providing less product.

The Baby Back ribs, normally 2,790 - cost 4,350 yen if you purchase it through their Uber eats page. That's more than a thousand yen markup for less product.

The increased cost is not related to the Uber fees, which you also must pay in addition to this locations grossly inflated prices.

Their menu imagery is also purposely misleading, meant to fool you into thinking you will be ordering the same item as in store when in fact they are cutting out product and price gouging you for the privilege.

Don't be fooled, never buy from them through their partner delivery services.

When buying takeout from this location be sure to check the contents of your order before leaving as well. I have yet to have them correctly fulfill an order for pickup without leaving an item out, or providing an incorrect (cheaper) item instead. Shoddy business management, outrageous prices, and deceptive marketing....

The food was not bad, but the service was horrible. The waitress at the front door was rude to begin with when we asked her whether there was seat for us. And then she vaguely call out the next customer so that No one knows who is next customer, then deliberately led the next custoemrs inside who came after us and spoke Japanese fluently. Although another waiter who looks like manager of that restaurant took us inside immediately after talking to THAT WAITRESS whether something was wrong or not, there was no apology about that. I went to TGI Fridays Yokohama NishiGuchi with a friend and my wife tonight. Service was really good, nothing to say about it. I ordered an Ultimate Fridays signature burger and it was sincerely awful. I have a very high tolerance in terms of saltiness but that’s was way too salty. I felt like the cheese between the Patties were made of salt. And also a lot of peeper. And the bun was also way too sweet. I am honestly disappointed because I went to other TGI friday’s before and never felt this problem but tonight it was really disgusting. Also it was noisy but well it’s expected on Friday night.

So at the end, would not recommend unless you want to have cardiovascular...
