Washoku Bishoku Maimon Yokohama — Restaurant in Yokohama

I usually don't leave bad reviews, even if the food isn't the best. But today in this restaurant we didn't feel comfortable at all. The food is mediocre, nothing special, especially for the prices it has, they could offer much more. The view from the window is nice. On the other hand, the customer service does not deserve even one star. We arrived at the restaurant at about 9:15 pm. We had checked the closing time before entering, on their website it is clearly written at 11 pm. As soon as we sat down we were advised that the last order is at 10 pm, so there was no problem. Food arrives at 9:45pm. After a few minutes a waitress asks us if we want to order anything else since the kitchen would soon close. We didn't want anything else so he asks us to pay. We immediately said that we wanted to pay by card, but for some absurd reason he didn't bring the pos. After 5 minutes my boyfriend got up and paid at the counter, while the food was getting cold. After eating, after a few seconds a waitress tells us that it was closing time... It was 10:18 p.m. We finished our drink and got up. They literally kicked us out of the restaurant and this is not in any way a nice service. Even though we were the last in the room, they had no reason to treat us like that. Also because if the last order is at 10 pm and I place an order at 9:59 pm, I don't understand how they could behave in that case. Do they send me out of the room with the plate in my hand? 星一つすらつけたくない程度の店舗です。 3連休のど真ん中の日に家族と親戚でワールドポーターズへ。 どこもかしこも混んでいるので比較的空いていたこちらに入店‥ 受付に立っていた女性は気だるそうに両肘をついて電話対応をしていた。

入り口から丸見えだから次から気をつけるべきだと思いますよ。 アルバイトでしょうけどそう言う行動が店の評価を下げるんです。 人員の再教育をおすすめします。

席へ通され大人分のお冷は提供されるが、 子供らのは無し。 それは何故だろうか。 要求しなければ出してもらえないのだろうか。 それとも小さな子どもたちは消費者として計算されないからそもそも提供しない方針なのか。

いずれにしても不愉快ではあった。 お子様ランチはジュース付きだったけど 通常のメニューは当然別で注文しない限りドリンクはない。

別でジュースを注文したが最初から最後までお冷を提供されることはなかった‥

店員を呼べばよいのだろうが最低限そういった気遣いはすべきなのではなかろうか。

経費削減で最低限の人員で回すために注文を今流行りのQRコード式にしたのだろうけど サービスをしている従業員たちのレベルがあまりにも低すぎてやめるべきだと思う。

暇なのにホールを見回る人間がいない。 バッシングもしなければお冷を注ぎにくることも無い。 醤油がほしいと頼んでも10分経過したところで持ってくる気配もない。

客がいるホールを放ったらかしにしてQRで注文が入って出来上がるまでカウンターから動かないでくっちゃべってるくらいなら、料理配膳ロボット置いても一緒。

さて肝心の料理についてだが お子様ランチは有り難いことに（？）秒で到着しました。

スピーディーでお腹を空かしている子供にはちょうどいいのかもしれないが‥ 味はひどい。

ヤングコーンの水煮、ミニトマト、きゅうりの薄切りを味付けなしでココットに入っていたが これを好き好んで頬張る幼児はどこにいるのだろうか‥

ドレッシングかマヨネーズかなんでもいいのでほしかった。 監修した人誰？と聞きたくなるくらい。

俵のおにぎりはもちもちしていて、生姜ベースでした。

独特な味で大人も好き嫌い分かれそうな味付けです。個人的にはまあ食べれましたが主人と子には不評でした。

唐揚げはかっっったい。

とても噛みづらそうにしていたので食べてみたら大人でもなかなか噛みちぎりづらかった‥ 唯一美味しく食べていたのは見た目しなしなのポテト。 本当にしなしなのシワシワポテトでした。

こんな残り物をこちらの店舗は子供に提供しているなんてびっくりさせられるにも程がある。 開いた口が塞がりません。

こちらの店舗へ入りこんなものを注文したのが悲しく悔しかった。こんなものを食べさせてごめんとすら思ってしまった。それくらいな気持ちにさせられるお子様ランチ。

秒で提供出来るなんて話を盛りすぎではあるが、注文してものの数分で来るなんてどのように管理していたのです？？？

ちなみにこれらの料理は全て冷え切っていた。 お子様ランチはおすすめできませんどころか、頼むべきではないと思います。 と言うより、調理方法も料理そのものも改善すべきです。

その他の料理については語る程ではありませんが ぱっと見雰囲気はいいけれど

いざ入って見れば床は前の客が溢したであろう潰れた米でベチャベチャしていたし もう本当ひどい。汚い。まずいの三連奏です。

Very bad experience. Not recommended. We had eel and egg roll set menu. It was a microwaved food which is understandable in this tourist area. But the food was cold and dry and the set is about 3200 yen with tax. This is not acceptable. We had to send it back to the kitchen and asked to change for another dish.
