Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yokosuka

Horrible customer service and the staff will be seeing me in person to explain why they blatantly tried to disregard my concerns and hung up on me when trying to confirm my address. rather than admit they didn’t follow any of the protocols to ensure I received the meal I had already payed for this establishment had a employee conveniently claim he didn’t speak English and attempt to hang up on me several times.. The staff member I spoke with on the phone repeatedly put me on hold hoping I would give up rather than fix the issue. Each time he came off the hold he said I’m leaving now but never attempted to rectify the issue. No mention of a refund, no attempt to deliver my meal. Eventually after being put on 5 holds he rudely said “I’ll be there in 40 minutes” and hung up with out confirming the location. 20min later my bell rang with a cold pizza at my door step and no one in site. (Probably for the best) First time I’ve ever had a food experience with no stars because there was nothing that bad till today. Usually if there is a mistake or a mistyped number it’s usually handled quickly and the driver arrives in minutes. Ordered on Uber Eats, noticed that was taking a little while, so I called them, very nice guy answered, I speak next to nothing Japanese (but am learning), thankfully the nice guy on the phone spoke English.
