Unimaginative, bland, boring rāmen. As with every rāmen shop I visit, I try the #1 or signature or featured bowl, and I did here as well. The rāmen noodle tasted like the stuff you buy at the Japanese supermarkets and "just add water" to, along with the several packets of flavoring and sauce. The chāshū slices were almost hilariously small and did not taste fresh, and the soup bland. I also tried the gyōza and was unimpressed. Quite oily and did not taste fresh. The white rice that came with my three-piece set meal was cheap and either cooked in a low-quality rice cooker or had been too long on the "keep warm" setting, or both. Either way, low-quality rice and poor preparation. The whole meal was underwhelming and disappointing. The restaurant was very clean and the staff responsive and friendly, but I will not return because of the quality of the rāmen (and the quality of the white rice is a strong indicator by itself that this place isn't a good...
