This place just opened on December 10th, taking over the spot where Mutsumiya Ramen (aka Red Door ramen) used to be.
Because we're still in the midst of a pandemic, there are plastic separators between tables inside and for those more comfortable getting take-out instead, there's a take-out window on the left hand side of the store front.
We walked inside and were seated promptly as there were only two other groups seated inside and able to keep our distance. This place is very similar to Gyoza no Ohsho; but after having both, we actually liked this place better. The gyoza was decent, our almost 3 year old enjoyed the Mapo Tofu and garlic fried rice (it's pretty tasty)! The egg drop soup served with most of the meal sets is light but still has flavor by itself. My husband got the chicken nanban gyoza teishoku set; he said it was okay (he knows of a place that has even better fried chicken, so he's spoiled).

I had the lovely shrimp rice bowl with gyoza, potentially some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Service was extremely fast, barely a wait to get the food, super kind staff even to a foreigner like myself, and a quaint yet cheerful atmosphere. Perhaps COVID had taken its toll on the previous owners and the place was remodeled to what it is today. Food is tasty and portion size generous. The price is reasonable and competitive with noodle house around the area. The place and decor looks like a restaurant scene from some old Chinese movies that I used to watch.
