服务态度极差,客户遭到不公平对待!
我们一家大小前来用餐,然而,我们对于店员的态度和处理方式感到非常失望。
那天是平日,游客不多,店内只有2位客人,9成都是空座位。由于天气太热,太阳也很猛。当我在外面点餐时,老人家和小朋友先进入店内等候。然而,店员告诉我他们已经没有我想点的菜了,只剩下披萨可供选择。我表示需要进入店内先问家人吃那款。此时另一位穿便服的女职员突然闯入并开始辱骂我们,指责我们为什么这么久还没点餐,不消费就离开,要我们立即起身离开,她的语气恶劣,把小孩也吓到了,让他们感到害怕。我试图解释我只是来点餐,指出他们没有我想点的菜,但她却不断大声的辱骂我们,说他们有什么我们就点什么,以为我们是中国人,甚至说不做我们生意,要我们离开。
我真的非常生气和失望。作为一个客户,我们应该受到尊重和公平对待。这位女职员的态度和言语让我们感到被歧视和不受欢迎,她甚至向其他日本游客指着我们说我们的坏话。她的行为不仅令人难以接受,也让我们对日本人的形象产生了极为负面的印象。
作为一个消费者,我们希望在消费过程中感到舒适和受到良好的服务。这次的经历让我们感到非常不满意。我们认为,这店需要对店员的态度进行改进,并提供更好的培训,以确保顾客能够享受到良好的服务体验。
我们希望这次的评论能够引起贵店的重视,并且能够改善客户的服务体验。我们希望这样的情况不再发生,也不要歧视任何国籍的人,台湾也好、香港也好、新加坡也好、马来西亚也好,我们都是讲华语,不能以为是中国人就欺负,也希望其他中国顾客能够避免遭受到类似的对待。
"Terrible service attitude and unfair treatment of customers!
My entire family came to dine, but we were extremely disappointed with the attitude and handling of the staff.
It was a weekday with few tourists, and there were only two other customers in the restaurant. About 90% of the seats were empty. The weather was hot, and the sun was scorching. While I was outside placing the order, the elderly and the children went inside to wait. However, the staff informed me that they no longer had the dish I wanted and only pizza was available. I said I needed to enter the restaurant first to ask my family which option they preferred. At that moment, another staff member in casual clothes suddenly barged in and started verbally abusing us, accusing us of taking too long to place an order, asking us to leave if we weren't going to consume anything, and demanding that we immediately get up and leave. Her tone was aggressive, and it frightened the children, making them feel scared. I tried to explain that I was just there to order and pointed out that they didn't have the dish I wanted, but she continued to verbally abuse us loudly, saying they had whatever they had and that we should order that. She assumed we were Chinese and even said they didn't want our business and told us to leave.
I am truly angry and disappointed. As customers, we should be treated with respect and fairness. The attitude and words of this female staff member made us feel discriminated against and unwelcome. She even pointed at us and spoke ill of us to other Japanese tourists. Her behavior is not only unacceptable but also gives us an extremely negative impression of Japanese people.
As consumers, we hope to feel comfortable and receive good service during the consumption process. This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied. We believe that this establishment needs to improve the attitude of its employees and provide better training to ensure that customers can enjoy a good service experience.
We hope that this feedback will receive your attention and that improvements will be made to the customer service. We hope that such incidents will not happen again and that no one will be discriminated against based on their nationality, whether it's Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, or any other place where Mandarin Chinese is spoken.
