I am a regular customer at Segafredo Um Uthaina, and I usually sit there almost every day. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that reflects a clear lack of professionalism from the staff. One day, I was told there is a minimum charge policy. To confirm, I called the restaurant and spoke with a staff member named Abdullah Hamad, who clearly told me there is no minimum charge. However, when I arrived and tried to sit, another staff member insisted that there is a minimum charge. I told him that I had just called and was informed otherwise by Abdullah Hamad. I called again, and this time the same staff member-Abdullah Hamad-denied ever talking to me and claimed that I had not called at all. This is simply unacceptable and dishonest. I also tried to contact the restaurant manager, Charbel, but unfortunately he didn't answer or return my call.
