the first time i went there very nice, good first impression then today when i went i wasn’t pleased with this worker he kind of kicked us out of the place, don’t get me wrong they welcomed me and my friends 2 times and didn’t say a thing, but as ur job as a person who works at a cafe or at any kind of place that serves customers u need to be nice to them and have a smile on ur face and talk kindly to them because if u don’t do that it ruins the cafes name , i’m sorry but i came to your cafe to hangout with my friends i didn’t come to hear the worker telling me “it’s cold when are u leaving” or “you can’t stand here nor sit here” as your job as a hospitality worker u need to be kind to every customer that comes your way and never ever treat them like this, the words are coming from a student who study’s hospitality so i know how u should treat a guest and not any guest a guest who comes and orders every time and all her friends order with her never coming back again i don’t need to re-hear the humiliation u gave us today. i’m very sorry but over all the place is very nice and pretty but you need to know how to treat ur guests whoever...

The staff here are truly special, Jenan is incredibly kind and always makes you feel right at home. She remembers her regulars, which adds such a personal touch. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I truly hope improvements are made, both in product quality and in how staff deal...
