We were big group around 40 persons. And the food was good but the service was awful. All the waiters and especially there manager were not nice , not a single smile on their face not friendly at all . Hospitality is bad we were with international visitors and it was bad experience for them, not to mention that the service on table was late and bad. One incident with the manager we ordered a pepsi and at first he refused to bring it to us saying ina rude way that the whole group has paid the total reciept so he cant bring it, this was shameful in front of our visitors, our reciept as group is more than 1000 jd and you are refusing to bring pepsi sayibg the reciept is close , then we insisted to open another chech just for the pepsi! Teach your staff to smile, be more nice and tell them they work is in hospitality not just food or as waitress.
