What a depressing experience. My friend and I walked into the coffee house at 5:40pm noticing that the place had misplaced chairs spread out with no tables, no lights or heaters on. Besides all that we still decided to sit down and give the place a chance. To start off with, our couches and cushions were all wet with an unpleasant odor. After switching our spot we've realized that all the seats were wet with no signs of caution or "maintenance". We inform the barista at the bar and he explained that there was a dryclean company there yesterday cleaning the seats. He told us he will provide us with covers or dry cushions to atleast be able to sit without any discomfort. We waited patiently for that. We then ordered a coffee from the bar not knowing that it is self-service or having any barista explain that it is. The barista who took the order did not even bother to ask for my name or tell me to pick it up from the counter when it's ready. After 25 min of waiting for the cushions/covers (which we never got) and coffee I walk up to the bar again to ask the barista who took my order who claims his name is Ra'fat Al Far about my coffee and if it's ready, he was leaning on the counter behind him from afar with his phone in his hand and face down, looking at me with the corner of his eye telling me "It's right infront of you". I was utterly shocked by his attitude and the way he answered back, I asked to get a new coffee since it got cold, on top of it being already cold inside the place. The other barista told me it was not a problem and got me a new coffee, while Ra'fat did not bother to care and continued playing with his phone. I confront him and tell him this is not the way to talk to a customer, you should atleast apologize about not letting me know the coffee was ready. He answers by yelling and saying "What's the problem if I told you it's right infront of you" and while mocking me and laughing he said he didn't care if it was his last day on the job. The other barista who said he was the cousin of the owner urged to keep him quiet and had him move to the back area to stop yelling and answering back. If this coffee house thinks that they have the right people operating, I don't know how this place is still standing. We definitely did not need to deal with a misbehaved and inappropriate barista who clearly had manner issues when we just came to enjoy our time and have a good coffee. If you're reading this, I'm upset to say this is not the place to visit. I suggest to check out another coffee house within the area as there are plenty with a much more experienced, well mannered and professional...

Read moreDisappointed by Rude Service
I’ve been a loyal customer of this coffee house and always enjoyed their offerings. However, my experience today was disappointing. I went in with a friend, carrying a drink I had purchased elsewhere, but I was planning to order food from them as I always do.
When I entered, the employee, who knows me, jokingly asked if I had bought from another place. I responded honestly and started placing my order. However, she rudely interrupted me, made an unnecessary comment, and failed to approach the situation with any kindness or professionalism.
It felt unwelcoming and disrespectful, which led us to leave without ordering. I hope the management addresses this issue, as good service should match the quality of...
