Harat's Pub — Restaurant in Almaty

Harat’s Irish? Pub. Replace “Irish” with “British” or even Russian. Torn between rating this pub with a 2 or a 4 so settled with a 3. The pub describes itself as an Irish pub but there is not one Irish beer available. No Guinness though they use the name in one of their food menu items - look photos. They have Guinness beer mats and signs but NO Guinness. No Irish beer! A few Irish whiskeys but more from Scotland and other countries. Also a BIG minus is that this pub displays 2 British flags in comparison to 1 Irish flag. Lots of Russian football team scarfs catering to the mostly Russian clientele. A good selection of craft beers. There are 2 main rooms - one smoking and one non-smoking, though you have to walk through the smoking section to reach the non-smoking section. Even though I am a smoker I would suggest to change this. Customers in the pub appeared lively and having a good time. Appeared to be limited staff on duty though worked efficiently enough to not cause big delays when waiting to order. From previous comments I ordered the chicken wings - not bad not great. Without the sauce very ordinary. On google they advertise as closing at 2am but the barman was calling last orders at 11:30pm.
