Galmart — Local services in Almaty

A very nice place to shop for house hold stuff.. as an Indian in Almaty . Few stores are actually very friendly to shop as a foreigner..one among this is Galmart ..the staff so helpful ..always with a smile.. have seeked der help many times and got positive response.. As far as shopping stuffs are concerned.. everything is available.only negative point is cost factor.. it's actly costly as compared to Magnum and small.. and aclty is justified as it's inside Dostyk. Food items are superb... especially diff croissants and chicken fry... I always go there to have some chicken dishes and also to get croissants Must visit if u...

Absolutely rude service! We took a pack of straws from the shelves and discovered that they were damaged, hence we put them back. However the stuff absolutely in a rude manner accused us that it was our fault and made us pay for that, even though the camera clearly showed that the goods were already damaged on the shelf. It’s such a shame for such an expensive supermarket to do so with the customers. Will never go there again. And will not recommend this...
