Social coffee — Restaurant in Almaty

Very slow and rather poor service. The waiters were completely inattentive even though there weren’t many people at the restaurant when we got there.

We came for breakfast encouraged by amazing photos of the food on the restaurants’ IG profile. I felt like having something with salmon, which they have in a half of their breakfast options, so it seemed like a perfect choice.

We waited 20 min to place our order, and when the waitress finally came she told us that unfortunately they don’t have salmon today (surprising considering that we came right after they opened).

If not the 20 min wait we would’ve changed the restaurant.

After that, our dishes were not even served at the same time.

Shame that the quality of service ruined the experience completely because the restaurant itself is beautifully designed and after all the food was...

Nice spot to enjoy your evening in the centre of Almaty. You have an option to be seated inside or outside. The staff is friendly and service is very fast.

Salads look and taste really good, I recommend salad with salmon. Also Social xoffee offers good selection of desserts, which is presented when you enter the cafe and you can choose from there.

Social coffee also offers Hookah, so you can enjoy chill evening with good vibes, but I haven't tried it there.

It is nice and pleasant to enjoy your evening after sightseeing all day. It was not too crowded, but as it gets let, it becomes little bit more crowdy.

So, for good coffe, light lunch or desserts, it is perfect place to spend time with your friends...

Сказать можно многое о данном заведение. Всегда нравился интерьер,хорошая локация и отличный сервис,но это было до тех пор пока ресторан не стал ориентироваться сугубо на прибыли чем на сервисе. Вот несколько факторов по которым я больше не рекомендую данное заведение ни друзьям,ни вам.

1. Кухня неплохая но цены космические. В моменты пика еда может готовиться 30-40 мин и время от времени может податься холодной. Данный фактор не проблема,и чисто по-человечески их можно понять. Но один раз я все-таки отравился там от сырных палочек и то данный вопрос я не поднимал,ибо ничего не мог доказать да и держал своего рода лояльность.

Честно заведение было неплохим и я закрывал глаза на маленькие нюансы до определенного разговора с мужчиной администратором.

Когда был ЧМ-2018 мы с друзьями проводили ежедневно вечерний досуг в данном заведение( почти 5-6 раз в неделю) .И всегда мы брали чашку чая и что-нибудь перекусить. Так вот в последний раз когда я там был, администратор отказал нам в столике ибо цитирую:

"Вы ставите резерв на лучшие места,но ваш средний счет слишком мал и поэтому мы вам отказываем в местах рядом с телевизором. В следующий раз можете садиться в углу,так заведение не теряет денег. Ничего личного,таков был указ от начальства."

Конечно такой ответ от администратора заведения много говорит о самом...
