Awesome place on 2 floors, huge selection of whiskey and good bottled and draft beers. Smoking allowed inside. Bartenders wearing traditional kilt. Very nice atmosphere

NO RULES. GREAT SCOTCH.

In my first time in a @wl13bar, a decanter of juice was poured on me. The second time there I sat with a bucket on my head, because our team lost the #bar-quiz. On my third visit we became friends and this is the first place where I come when I manage to visit the southern capital of #Kazakhstan - #Almaty

Smoking is allowed! That is the most important thing for smokers who visit Almaty. Besides that, very nice place! Cool people geather there. Ambient is comfy, but powerfull. Rock music, draft beer, and good personnel. A bit expensive, though. Strongly...
