I always give a food establishment a few tries before giving up, and it was the case here. When I first went I ordered the pepper steak well done and it arrived close to medium rather than well done. Trying to eat it was another story. I think that my flip flop would have been more tender than the steak, as it was very tough and extremely chewy, thus I didn't enjoy it at all. So I gave them a second try several days later and tried the pork ribs. It must have been the same cook who prepared my pepper steak previously as the pork ribs were some of the worst I have ever eaten. Extremely tough and full of gristle, and we couldn't even get the meat to separate from the bone. I was asked by the waitress if the meal was ok and I was honest in saying they were the worst I have ever eaten. It is like the food is prepared by someone who doesn't enjoy cooking, as that always makes a massive difference to the end result. I just can't rate this place higher than 1 star for food, as it was just not enjoyed on both visits due to poor quality of food and...

During the half term period (around October) the tides are lower and little pathways and natural swimming pools are made. The paths allow you to have a "walking on water" experience all the way to the middle of the ocean. However, the best way to maneuver is with the help of beach boys or fishermen. With just approximately Ksh 300 they would help you walk that path. Boat rides start from around Ksh 3,500 depending with number of people. You'll find little fish, snail, crabs, sea cucumbers, sea marinas and sea urchins. The walk was really long, put on your sunscreen, wear light and...

Nice location but no atmosphere. I went there one day but left after 5 mins and decided to give it another go at night and like a lot of other places in Malindi, it’s in serious need of renovation/uplifting it feels so outdated. Could have a lot of potential if they added some good lighting, made more comfortable tables and chairs, personally I would also hire some beach boys to clean up the beach from all the seaweed rotting right under the sitting area. It was...

Great location but an Absolute vile place for food, you need more money than sense to eat here. i ordered a basic Ham & mushroom calzone, waited for 45 minutes for a pathetic pita bread with some miniscule inedible ingredients inside. The owners an embarrassment to Italians for serving up this dire food
