While the service was decent and the atmosphere had its charm, the food was a glaring letdown—and frankly, dishonest. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to speak up.

This is clearly a tourist-centric spot, and while I understand that comes with certain expectations, there’s a line that shouldn’t be crossed. The menu features glossy photos of what appear to be premium dishes, which is what led me to order one of the most expensive options. What arrived, however, was a far cry from what was advertised. The dish promised a beautifully prepared fish, but instead, I was served a lackluster fried catfish that felt like a blatant bait-and-switch.

Tourists may be visitors, but we’re not naive. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable, especially when compared to the genuine quality and authenticity of other Khmer restaurants in the area. Save your money and seek out a place that respects its customers and the cuisine it serves. This was a disappointing experience, to say the least.
