I was very disappointed by my experience as their Instagram shows a very happy and positive vibe and the experience was very different. You speak highly of your staff on your Instagram but they were the issue with your restaurant.
We visited them for lunch and because of construction in the building, the place is barely visible. It is a very small restaurant with just 2 tables and some bar seating.
The serving staff was very rude and not a friendly face at all. Their unfriendly attitude really turned us off. She was asking us to move our food around because she needed to put something on the table which was said in a very rude manner.
The kimchi udon noodles lacked flavour. The broth had absolutely no flavour. Portion size was huge but we were glad we didn’t order two of the same dish.
The sweet n spicy shrimp was tasty.
The butter garlic ramyum noodles were good but the small portion size doesn’t justify the price.
Overall a very average and disappointing experience where I had very high expectations atleast seeing how fun the Instagram...
Read moreService: 1/5 We asked to close the door and the server said no without apologizing or looking at us despite siting “indoor” and the weather was freezing and we were the only ones inside.
No one smiled or greeted us when we walked in or out of the restaurant… not even a thank you.
The staff never smiled or asked us about the food or helped us.
These people need serious training and Ive worked in restaurants and customer service for years lol.
Food: 3/5 The menu needs a new flavor profile. EVERYTHING was gochuchang flavor and it just all tasted the same.
The fried tteobokki and rice cakes were really good.
Im not korean but I have tried other places and they are known for their side dishes. They didnt offer anything before free entrees or biscuits after we finished and no free sides not even pickled radish which was about 2kd for a tiny amount and I know its sold for cheaper in kuwait.
The restaurant seems authentic but lacks the love and welcoming vibe we see in korean culture and...

the staff were friendly and patient, and I would go back to...
