Yesterday my elderly mother joined in for kunefe and she didn’t like the kunefe that was suggested by the waiter she said it tasted weird.. everyone else in the restaurant was good .. However, only the waiter serving her that was an Arab national was shouting and rude to my mother , she even told him why are you shouting? i’m a customer here! my mom came home disappointed and sad ! i can’t believe a waiter being this rude to a customer ! im trying to reach for the manager of the branch al assima mall for a complaint, however no one is even picking up...
