I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that took place at your wok n go salmiya branch on March 12 around 9pm

After dining at Wok n Go, my friends and I ordered coffee from your establishment and decided to sit outside to enjoy our drinks. However, while we were still drinking, a staff member approached us and asked us to leave because someone else wanted to take our place.

This experience was both unprofessional and unacceptable. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and allowed to enjoy our coffee without being pressured to vacate our seats prematurely. Such treatment negatively impacts customer satisfaction and does not align with the hospitality expected from a reputable coffee shop like %Arabica.

The food overall was just average. The Thukpa in particular was quite disappointing—it tasted overly creamy and lacked authentic flavor. It’s hard to describe how off it was, but it definitely didn’t meet expectations. On the other hand, the momos were quite good and probably the only highlight of the meal.

Unfortunately, the service didn't help improve the experience. The server was unable to explain the dishes properly, which was frustrating, especially for those unfamiliar with the cuisine.

What made the dine-in experience even more uncomfortable was the manager visiting our table repeatedly. While we appreciate attentiveness, frequent visits during a meal felt intrusive and made us feel awkward. I would strongly recommend that the staff avoid hovering over the same table multiple times, as it significantly takes away from the overall dining comfort.

I had a wonderful experience at Wok & Go Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—especially the momo, which was absolutely delicious and one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

A big thank you to Mr. Uddhab and the whole team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They really made the visit enjoyable and welcoming.
