Haya Restaurants Salmiya — Restaurant in Salmiya

I had a disappointing dine-in experience at Haya Restaurant. While the food was good and the staff member who took my order was fair, the service lacked hospitality. When my spoon accidentally fell, they replaced it with a plastic spoon instead of normal cutlery, unlike other customers. This made me feel unfairly treated, so I left immediately.

All customers should be treated equally. If there's a policy for this, it should be clearly stated. Such discrimination is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant improves...

Was a good experience at 6:30 in the morning to have an Indian breakfast chapati and half fried eggs. Small and cosy place where you can feel hard workers having there energy prestart a beautiful and hardworking day.

Keep it up and keep the place clean as possible.
