Disappointing Experience at Navat Restaurant at SUM at 6th floor location

I wanted to share my recent experience at Navat restaurant with you. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The food was not tasty, not what we expected. In particular, the burger we ordered for my daughter had a stinky and have a weird flavor meat was hard. which was quite unpleasant.

Furthermore, we tried the national dish kurdak, and it did not meet our expectations at all. Considering the overall experience, I don't think I will be dining at Navat restaurant again in the future.

One of the Worst Dining Experiences of My Life

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this restaurant hoping for a nice meal, but instead, I ended up spending an entire day in the restroom battling what can only be described as food poisoning from hell. The food tasted off from the start, but I didn’t want to be rude—big mistake.

A few hours later, I was extremely sick. I’ve never had such a violent reaction to a meal in my life. This wasn’t just “bad food,” it felt toxic. No one should ever go through what I went through. I would strongly advise others to stay far, far away from this place until they take food safety seriously.

I've been recommended to visit this restaurant by a local in Kyrgyzstan.It's in the 6th floor of the Tsum mall. I order the lagman dish, and it was ok and ginger/lemon tea was great. I noticed after I received and payed the bill that there is a traditional complimentary drink written that I should have received at the start of the meal, which I didn't receive. that was a shame, I would have liked to try it 😔.
