It's not QUITE McDonald's, especially as far as the menu choices available (particularly with regard to desserts - ice creams, McFlurrys, etc.), but clean, tasty, good FAST food, with good service and always a genuine smile from the friendly staff. Since you won't find a McDonald's or Burger King anywhere in Vientiane (or all of Laos as far as I know), and since I live next door to Lotteria Sihom, Vientiane, this is the best option when I have a serious burger/fast food craving. Lotteria, since 1979! Highly recommended if you are craving McDonald's-type food.

Chaîne de fast-food numéro un en Corée du Sud, j'ai voulu essayer, le restaurant est situé sur l'un des axes principaux de la ville. On le reconnaît facilement avec ces grandes vitrines. Il n'y a pas grand monde dans la salle, et même quand j'y passe devant, il n'y a quasiment personne. C'est peut-être le prix qui justifie cela. La nourriture est très bonne, c'est bien de pouvoir comparer un autre fast-food international, notamment pour les hamburgers, j'ai aimé les frites, pour l'hamburger, c'était totalement nouveau, une bonne découverte. Au final, une adresse sympathique, avec un service rapide comme il n'y a personne, et un endroit calme et propre, que demander de plus. Le stationnement, il est très difficile, les horaires d'ouverture sont pratiques, je recommande de tester ce fast-food qu'on retrouve à tous les coins de rue de la ville de Séoul.

Move over MacDonald and KFC because you can't touch Lotteria on quality and price. I had 1 piece crispy spicy chicken that was amazingly moist on the inside. For this, and 1 bottle water I paid $2.60 AUD. Beat that! The chicken was served hot. I had to wait for it to cool down.

Horrible customer service!! Rude staff!! The worst ever in Laos and that is difficult to achieve. Better to order from Food Panda. Food is acceptable for fast food. The staff makes me wonder why I ever oder from this place. Order was not correct! OK...my fault.. I should have pulled everything out of the bag and checked while still there...... Absolutely the worst...

The Korean chicken should be called Korean potato since only a few pieces were actually chicken. Previous complaints before about too much chicken, looks like nothing improved. Pricey for shitty potatoes. Would not recommend this place, not sure how they stay open this long. Plenty of...
