Restaurant manager angrily talks, does not listen to client when bringing low quality food - FISH FILET with A LOT OF BONES. I ordered fish filet and got 3-4 fish bones in every bite. I had to return it, it was dissapointing. If on the Restaurant meniu says fish filet (it is not cheap as well), it has to be as the word filet means - boneless. You have to eat it not looking for bones in every bite. After I returned the dish, angry Restaurant manager came and started to argue, that i am wrong. He showed a piece of frozen fish box, that it is writen "filet" on it, so "i got fish filet and i must pay for my order" . If Restaurant buys low quality fish filet, so they have to take bones from fish by themselfs then, but not sell it as filet dish and then angrily argue in front of other clients, that I am wrong. It was embarrasing and ruined my evening mood. I will never come here again, sadly. To argue, talk angry to clients when bringing low quality food is not appropriate. Read moreA restaurant that has mastered the art of "active ignoring"! Two families came here for dinner. The bartender immediately warned us that we would have to wait for the food for 1:30h. Since we were in no hurry, we agreed to wait. First red light: as we sat down at the table, the people nearby got up and left saying they had been waiting for their food for two hours. Second red light: our order was taken only after 20 min. in another 20 minutes brought drinks. Third red light: while we were patiently waiting for the hot dishes, we tried to get the waiter to refill the drinks. We tried waving, calling with our voice or simply with our eyes - it didn't work! Finally had to go directly to the bartender to help resolve the situation. Hot dishes arrived after 2 hours and 10 minutes and the saddest thing is that they weren't worth waiting for so long... bland dishes and some clearly had too much salt. Bottom line: this eatery doesn't really care about the customer. On the bright side, you can learn how not to do at the restaurant - because it has it all. Will we return? ...

The place had good hygiene, and was well maintained in general. Incl. The toilet space. Wheelchair accessible too.
Spacious for booked events, and interesting theme relevant stories in the menu. Suggestions for improvement: cut the less relevant part of the stories shorter, and create thinner menu. It felt like sitting with a book.
The garden area was a delightful spark of beautifully maintained flowers and the caretaker was genuinely smiling and friendly. He was well dressed and assertive, while remaining kind in the conversation with the general staff. It creates a good vibe for the customers.
The serving staff was a bunch of young people, that did their job tasks fine, but could improve with some more welcoming warm attitude. The conversations between waiters, weren't very job positive and not fitting to talk about near customers, as it made us feel like we weren't...
